Frequently Asked Questions
Search across policies, curriculum, and technical requirements.
Which software do you teach?
Our catalog covers Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, After Effects for editors, Avid Media Composer essentials, and audio workflows with Audition and Resolve Fairlight.
Are there prerequisites?
Foundations courses require only a capable computer and the listed software. Intermediate and Advanced tracks recommend prior comfort with timelines, bins, scopes, and export settings.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Upon completing course assessments, you receive a certificate of completion from Renderis Method. It signals skill readiness but is not a license or accreditation.
What is your refund policy?
If a course fails to match the published outline, contact us within 14 days. We will review your case and, when appropriate, issue a refund or suggest an alternative cohort.
How are classes delivered?
Self-paced modules include step-by-step labs and project briefs. Cohorts offer live Q&A and deadlines to simulate production schedules.
Accessibility and captions?
We prioritize readable visuals and provide captions or transcripts for lectures. Assignments include accessibility checkpoints where relevant.
Do you cover color management?
Yes. We cover transforms, scopes, and safe deliveries for SDR/Rec.709, plus guidance for handing off to HDR-capable teams.
Can teams enroll together?
Yes. We provide team dashboards, shared rubrics, and tailored delivery checklists. Contact us for group rates.
